Toni Meyer is the heart behind Light Well Holistic (formerly BeytOMR), a wellness practice in Waco, Texas dedicated to healing through LED multi-spectral light therapy using Firefly technology.
Toni’s journey into photobiomodulation began through a deeply personal pursuit of wellness. Raised in Kansas as the daughter of an electrician, she grew up surrounded by light, energy, and hands-on problem solving—sparking an early curiosity about how light affects our environment and the human body. That curiosity stayed with her through earning her Bachelor’s degree, MBA, and a 15-year career in research administration across public and private universities.
Our services use science-backed photobiomodulation light therapy to support the body’s natural healing processes. Sessions are personalized, gentle, and thoughtfully guided.
As a trained photobiomodulation practitioner, Toni specializes in personalized light therapy sessions using the Firefly Clinic Pro, integrating red, near-infrared, and blue light to support the body’s natural healing processes. Her approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and client-centered—shaped by lived experience, not just theory.
Light Well Holistic is located inside WRS Athletic Club in Waco, and my heart is to walk alongside others as they pursue balance, restoration, and wellness—one light session at a time.
