Services & Appointments

All services, including Photobiomodulation (PBM) sessions and wellness services, are non-refundable once rendered.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a forfeited session or fee.
Packages & Prepaid Sessions

Package purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferable upon approval.

Unused sessions within a package may be rescheduled within the valid usage period.

Expired sessions or packages are not eligible for refund or extension unless otherwise stated.
Retail Products

Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety standards.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift cards may be used toward any eligible service or product at Light Well Holistic.
